Lady Liberty

A VR experience on the Statue of Liberty

Developed by Virtual Journey, which produces and deploys virtual reality experiences in heritage, culture and tourism, Lady Liberty is a virtual reality project that will feature Victor Hugo’s visit in Bartholdi’s workshops during the manufacture of the famous Statue of Liberty. Dada! Animation is currently working on the development of a 2’50 teaser around this virtual visit.

From the original screenplay by Eric Morfaux, in partnership with Origin 3D and Holo3 for the artistic and technical realization.

Mekka Nikki

Adapted from a comic book series created by two talented young authors, Exaheva and Félix Laurent, this science fiction saga recounts the adventures of Nikki and her heroic journey through the Lakkta Galaxy.

In a distant galaxy, Mekka the Tyrant wants to annihilate organic life in favor of technology. Nikki (a human) and Makko (a cyborg) lead separate lives in this universe and couldn’t be more different. But their meeting will alter each other’s lives forever. Together, they join the resistance to overthrow Mekka’s dictatorship, and find answers to their deepest questions. Their love story, at the heart of their suspense-and drama-filled quest, will also be the key to resolving the galactic conflict.

They were millions

Ils étaient des millions (They Were Millions) is an hybrid project on the West Europeans in the 18th and 19th century who emigrated in differents parts of the world. The 3×52’ mini series is produced by Seppia in co-development with Arte.

After having worked on the writing and artistic design of the various animated sequences to define the visual grammar and to validate the artistic and technical choices (construction of environments and real-time 3D animation in Unreal Engine, stylistic choice and artistic direction of a draftsman and painter, implementation of AI tools to transfer his style into 3D), Dada! Animation is currently carrying out the pilot of the project.

Spot-on questions

Spot-On Questions is a comedy series aimed at executives, employees, unemployed persons, seniors and intermediate intellectual professions, workers, farmers, those who work behind a computer or on their phone, from home or in an open space. That is to say 76.6% of the working population.

The web-series is developped with the talented Charles de Saint Remy and Alexandre des Isnards, founders of the storytelling studio Winner Inc. and authors of the show Lost in Open Space.
 
Pitch:
In 2-minute episodes, Charlie Winner, the former naive office worker turned independent coach, offers advices on the gray areas of the open space in order to allow people to stay as they are at work. An essential series to know « How much to give at a farewell party? » or if « You should sign your emails with « best regards » or « kind regards »? »

Gaël Clavière, a pastry chef, in love with his art, a gourmet bursting with imagination, takes us on a trip through bygone eras in search of the kitchens that gave birth to some of the culinary wonders that have titillated our taste buds for centuries. Step Into My Shoes is a mini-edutainment series whose goal is to help children understand the importance of inclusion (target audience:  girls and boys, 6-10 years old).

Each episode will feature two children. One of them is confronted with the other’s difference, which he or she knows nothing about. During a brief magical moment, this child is going to literally step into the other one’s shoes and live and understand how they are different.

Blackboard Monsters is an exciting edutainment series that takes preschool kids on a joy-filled ride through a simple but educational world where they will be learning while they sing and have fun.

In a kindergarten classroom, two adorable little monsters who have been drawn by the children, come to life as soon as school is out. When our two heroes Crabypus and Owlymouse start scampering about, they discover the work the kids have done that day. How? With their special powers they can climb into the classroom blackboard! Our two little friends are then going to learn that day’s lesson thanks to songs and nursery rhymes.
